Because of Michael's skilled timing, we locked a rate that was lower than we had originally expected. All fees were what Michael had told us to expect, and our closing was scheduled for a day that fit our schedule. Michael also advised us to help raise our credit scores by paying down individual loans to specified amounts, and he referred us to a new insurance broker who saved us even more money than we were expecting to save with the re-fi. An A+ experience!
